We'll meet at the Carney Park-Ride. It's actually more along the route to Carlisle.

The Carney park-n-ride is located on Harford Rd just north of I695. From I695, take the Harford Rd (Rt147) exit north. Continue on Harford Rd north through the light at Joppa Rd. About 1/8-mile past Joppa Rd, you will see the sign for the park-n-ride on the left side. It's located on the left side right off of Harford Rd.
