Site performance/redirects/continues refreashing page...

I noticed for the last few weeks that the site will continue to refresh IE... so I ran an HTTP header tool just to see what was going on...

We seem to have tons of 304 redirects due to caching issues, with images, and other objects on the page. Below is just a snipit (only a quarter) of what the homepage does over and over every millisecond

I'm not sure what all that is, but I'm don't seem to be having the problem, I just checked it in IE, I don't know if it was just not happening when I checked in IE or not, I use Fire Fox, and never noticed it there, you don't think you have spy ware on your computer do you.

No spyware here IEhttpheader is what I use for work... helps me search for when an object loads on a page and whats being displayed. I use it to locate tracking pixels for analytics.

Is it just the homepage that keeps refreshing, or anywhere in the site? I'm not having that issue here at the office, but I'll check tonight at home and see if anything seems amiss...
